Pastitsio

Pastitsio is a dish that includes bechamel, minced meat and spaghetti. When we prepare the ingredients, we put the spaghetti in the bottom of a pan, then the minced meat and finally the bechamel and bake it for forty minutes or until the bechamel gets a good color. It is a food for family tables and celebrations.
